Bought a very nice leather sectional about four years ago that included one section with a motorized recliner. The battery pack that powers the recliner died around Christmas time with the recliner stuck in the fully reclined position. Called Lawrance after the holidays and talked with Ben Conte. Ben took charge of the situation and started looking into the problem. He called me almost every day for a week to keep me informed of what was going on. The case eventually got picked up by Russ Parker the customer service manager. Russ found battery pack I needed and placed an order with the manufacturer. The pack arrived today and problem solved! The communication from Lawrance was great and they got me the new battery pack at their expense. I could not be any happier with their outstanding customer service. And my experiences shopping at Lawrance have always been first rate. Great store, great people!
